We produce bearing race, shield, seal, etc.
The bearing races are now supplied to SKF, Timken.

1. Race
WE uses Gcr15(SAE52100) as its standard material for precision bearing races.
Domestic material supplier: No. 5 plant of Bao steel; Xingcheng steel
Overseas material supplier: KIA, SANYO
WE also can use case harden material as 20Cr, 20CrMnTi, 16MnCr5 for special usage.
Because of the races' life and crack problem, we don't suggest using steel tube as our common material source. We use cold forge for the blank ring if the outer diameter is less than 52mm. Otherwise we use hot forge process...
WE use formed tooling imported from Japan, Korea to turn raceway & seal groove to get precise profile.

2. Seal & Shield
WE use low carbon steel, spring steel for seal's frame & shield. And for the rubber, Buna-Nitrile is the standard material used.

3. Cage
We can produce cages from 5mm to 300mm for outer diameter with complex shape.

4. Snap ring & washer
We also supply standard or non-standard snap ring & washer. The material is spring steel or low carbon steel
