The gasification furnace use straw gasification, air distribution scientifically, burning gas generated in the situation of lacking of oxygen and high temperature, the fuel gas calorific value can be 5440-22260 KJ/M3. The gasification furnace can take the place of the hotel current use of mass of diesel kitchen, kitchen burning gas; it can save cost 70% than other gas stove. The fuel is varied, it can use local materials, such as branches, leaves, straw, wood, corn cob, wood processing plant leftover material, nut shell, animal waste, charcoal, all kinds of crops straw, all kinds of woodiness debris, and so on.

Gasification and power generation technology is called biomass power generation system, simply, it uses sorts of low heat value solid biomass energy resources (such as agriculture and forestry waste, life organic waste, etc) by means of the gasification into gas, then providing generator power generation technology.

The gasifier is lower suction method fixed bed gasifier, continuous charging, and timing out of the dust. Material mouth is at the top of gasifier, feeding from overhead bunker and through charging machine to ascend into the gasifier, ash discharge by hand. The fuel gas cooling adopts reliable multilevel dry purification, in order to achieve the requirement of internal combustion engine. The internal combustion engine is the variant design product of S1115 gas generator; it adopts the low compression ratio, the mixer structure of monomer and simple reliable electric ignition system.
