MPC8349E-mITX-GP platform is a low cost reference board for Freescale MPC8349E PowerQUICC II Pro communication processor. Compared with MPC8349E-mITX, it provides the designer a simpler hardware board, software design document and developing tool and saves the investment by reducing some unnecessary interfaces for developer. And it’s easy and direct to software test and development for the designer on the board and it gives a reference design for the developer’s own hardware. It saves the time for early designing of the hardware and debugging and quick the products to market.
32-bit MPC8349E-mITX-GP has hardware encrypting, Ethernet Media MAC, USB Master/device and OTG supporting. This platform includes a GbEthernet interface, a high-speed USB interface, serial channel and PCI slot. All of those is integrated in a low cost mini-ITX board.
