BOPI (Biaxial Oriented Polyimide film, similar to Kapton HN) is achieved by polycondensation of PMDA and ODA in strong polar solvents, through the process of film forming, and then being stretched and Oriented by biaxial during the course of imine at high temperature. BOPI film (similar to Kapton HN) is a special kind of polyimide film. Because of biaxial orientation process, BOPI film possesses higher physical, chemical, and electrical properties. It performs successfully in low & high temperature as range of temperature from -452F(-269c) to +500F(+260c) and can be exposed at +752F(400c) in short time. It is widely used as insulation material in F~H class electric motors, electric locomotive, high temperature cables, backing or cover film of FPCB (flexible printed circuit) applications, aerospace industries.
It is a kind of new heat-resistance organic polymer film. It is the best insulation film in the world at present.

Packing, Mark, Preservation and Transportation
1. The film should be provided in rolls and wound up to the pipe core, each roll is well packed and loaded with plastic bag to be placed into dry and clean box.
2. The each box packing should be marked with the type, product specification, size, lot number, gross weight, net weight,
date of manufacture, name of the manufacturer and the product acceptances certificate is attached. At the same time the
painting words of Damp-proof collision-proof.
3. The should be pressured in dry and clean room, the preservation period from the date of production is two years and
can still be used when it is qualified in case of the preservation period is exceeded and checked according to standard.
4. During the preservation and transportation, damping and mechanical damage should be avoided.
