YCQ-1.5L-4 automatic stretch blow molding machine with 4 cavities is specially designed to produce PET bottle with high heat resistance for hot filling package such as juice and tea. It adopts multiple blowing to reduce the residual stress, as result; shaped bottle has slight shrinkage during hot filling.
In addition, crystallization varies with different mold design, as a result, the PET bottle produced can stand temperature over 90℃ depending on the type of PET material with different crystallization rate. The neck up blowing mode protects the bottle preform from damage during blowing and ensures stable performance.With high strength, good transparency and low production costs, abundant material resource, YCQ-1.5L-4 plays a big role in hot filling package market.
Control system
 
Control system is core of YCQ automatic bottle blowing machines. High-technology of person-machine interactive control panel, light touch screen (purchase on selection), accurate control, forthright parameter setting, clear numerical display, ideal memory storage ability.

Pneumatic system

Sensor system
 
YCQ series use high quality imported sensing & switch system, including promixity switches, photoelectric switches, electromagnetic switches, etc. That ensures the orderly production process also avoids possible damage for the machine.
 
 
Heating system
 
YCQ series adopt infrared ray heating mode, which has superior heat radiation and thermal penetration ability to make the machine reach the required temperature in the high-speed working condition. There are infrared ray tubes in three heating areas. With the corresponding independent voltage adjustment module and computer control system, it can provide ideal heating effect for different types of preform. The level position of each infrared tube can be adjusted so that the flexibility of the machine is grearly improved.
 
 
Clamping system
YCQ adopts four-plate type toggle clamping unit to provide powerful clamping force and increase the clamping speed. Apart from the four-plate type toggle clamping unit, there is a high pressure assistant clamping device that is special designed to get a firm clamping.
 
Operation:
The standard operation of YCQ-1.5L-4 stretch blow molding machine includes four steps as follow
Step 1. Put the preform into preform container and the conveyer will take the preform to orientation units automatically.
Step 2. Load the preform at neck up to preform holder, and then preform is conveyed into baking tunnel.
Step 3. After heating, preform is conveyed into the blow station, then close the mold, stretch and blow under low pressure and high pressure, exhaust, open the mold.
Step 4. The finished bottle is taken off by automatic discharging system
