ISO 9001:2008 Rotary kiln application
Rotary kiln is rotary cylinder equipment for burning various materials. It is widely used in economic fields. In cement industry, rotary kiln is the major equipment of burning raw cement into clinker; in chemical industry, rotary kiln can produce saleratus, burn phosphor fertilizer and barium sulphide, etc.; in metallurgy industry, it is used to produce aluminium hydroxide. It can be used for drying many kinds of materials limestone slag, coal powder , slag, clay stone. Its highest tempreture can reach 1600-1700 degree.
ISO:9001:2008 Rotary kiln structurer
It formed by rotary body, lifting blade, driving device, supporting device and sealing ring.
The rotary body is circled by steel plate, firebricks are inlaid inside the body, there is 3.5% slant angle between the rotary body and horizontal line, three tyre belts are supported on three Supporting devices separately, and a big gear ring is installed in the middle of body. The body is drived by motor----speed reducer-----little gear ----big gear.
