The process of waste tire recycling at room temperature is:

1.       Tire cutter

After the thick wires are drawn out, the waste tire can be cut to small pieces with the size to scores millimeter. Then rubber pieces are filtered, the crude are send back for further cutting. The small are sent to next machine.

2.       Crusher

Crusher is used for crushing rubber pieces to rubber granules.

3.       Muller

Muller is used to grind rubber granules into fine rubber powder.

4.       Areflow sorter

Areflow sorter is mainly used to separate rubber and fiber and sorter rubber from 40 mesh to 120 mesh according rubber granularity.
