Hydraulic press series

This machine apply for the suppress process (punching ,bending , flanging , sheet stretching ) of the plasticity material , like composite manhole cover, glass fiber products, powder products, MMC, DMC material and other plastic products.

As for the machine, the Working pressure , pressing speed, the travel range of fast downlink without load and deceleration can be adjusted according to the suppress process.

it can complete the semi-automatic cycle of set process, no set process and stretching process .Each process has two kinds of process action to choose,: the constant pressure and the constant distance .the molding process of constant pressure has the function of keeping pressure and delaying the time in up-out process after press etc.

The main part of the machine adopts the four-nut structure to maintain good accuracy and the system uses electromagnetic directional control valve, supplemented by a small system with plug-in component , simple and compact structure, easy to maintain . In order to meet requirements of safety operation,  the machine is equipped with both-hand button.
