This system consists of receiving storage bin, spiral feeding machine, plug valve, sludge pump, pipeline. The hydraulic part of whole system adopts Italian pump and valve. Spiral feeding machine and silo connect with plug valve for easy maintenance. Propelling machine adopts the design of “S”swing pipe. Mud of water cut 85% unload into the storage bin by truck, then through the spiral feeding machine to hydraulic propelling machine, and then the machine will convey the sludge by pipeline. There is no bad odor and pollution during the whole process. Meanwhile, it realizes long distance and big delivery head conveying. According to the building structure, pipeline can be fixed flexibly to reach accurate conveying. Being equipped with communication interface, it can realize the automatic remote control. It can also use the traditional conveying mode such as belt and bucket.
