The princilpal computer monitor and control all the equipments through the communications of PCL and intelligent instrument, and the PLC can operate independently through the internal program. The upper machine adopts Taiwan ADVANTECH industrial computer. The production process route can be simulated and displayed in computer interface. Process parameters can be displayed, adjusted, seted and into the program through the computer interface. Process operation parameters can be submitted and randomly printed. The fault monitoring point can realize immediate records and alarm to fault type, fault point, occurrence time. With the intelligent electricity meter, the upper computer could realize real-time record drying data, energy consumption and the drying costs during the working process.
