The spindle in the worktable is carried by a double row cylindrical roller bearing with high-precision tolerance class P5 and a tapered bore to eliminate effectively the radial clearance between the spindle and the table plate and ensure the spindle to rotate precisely for achieving high precision and stable machining at a high speed;
[3] Main bodies of the lathes are made of high rigidity resin castings processed with thermal stress relief aging treatment. Small cast iron bodies are hardened at a high temperature. All the steel parts are thermal refined to ensure a long and dependable service life for the lathe;
[4] All gears in the gearbox are made of chrome alloy steel and have been hardened and ground for a high-precision transmission and low operation noise. Electrics are controlled by OMRON / LS brand PLC;
