This machine is mainly used for different types of processing of copper or aluminium 
busbar.it is an ideal processing equipment for electrical appliance manufacture of high 
and low voltage.

 

 

Main Characteristics: 

1.One machine can carry out processing of punching,shearing and bending at the same 
time or respectively.

2.Punching unit adopts turret type,can put 6 moulds at one time,improving efficiency.

3.Through changing tools,the machine can do special processing work such as pressing,
embossing,pressing cable joint,twisting and so on.

4.We adopt vertical machining method for punching and shearing unit,so operation is 
flexible and convenient.using flatedge shearing method,so the work piece surface is 
neater and smoother.

5.Adopting horizontal bending type to achieve flat bending and vertical bending by 
changing tools

6.You can adjust working stoke of each unit conveniently to reduce machining auxiliary 
time and improve production efficiency.

7.There are 4 trundles. So the machine can be moved conveniently by adjusting them.
