Equipped with different dies and auxiliary machines, SJSZ Series Conical Double-Screw Extruder is suitable for the extrusion of various PVC powder. It’s applicable to the production in all kinds of PVC plastic tubes, profiles, decorative plates, bars and granules.

Due to the application of Cast aluminum heating coil for heating and the Air-cooled system for cooling, there are several features for the barrel such as rapid and even heat transfer, facilitated operation and maintenance and so on.

The core of screw applies auto-cycle cooling regulation system to improve efficiency. We are able to equip screws of the most reasonable structure on the basis of user’s different formulas so as to achieve the optimal plasticization status and logistics quality.

The reduction gear box and distribution box apply import bearings and sealing components respectively. The gear adopts 38CrMOALA alloy steel, which is under nitride treatment.

The temperature control system works through an import temperature control instrument and an import contactor. The precision of temperature control can reach 1℃. The motor applies AC motor, controlled by import frequency converter, or uses DC motor, working by Eurotherm 590 DC speed governor. The electric appliance system has multiple fault alarm functions as well as being equipped with current protection device.
