Oil pump AY. AYP is a new product on the base of old type oil pump which is suitable for renewing equipment 5-8% with the aim of saving energy. 

 

This pump has the following features: 

 

(1). Beaning housing 35.50.60 are changed into 45.55 and 70 to raise the reliability. 

(2). The design of the wet parts adopts hydraulic pattern of higher efficiency and energy-saving pump than the old type Y by. 

(3)The construction installation dimensions and performance of AY. AYP pump are as same as those of oil pump type Y in order to renew and reform oil equipment easily. 

(4)The common parts can be exchangeable and suitable for some seris of pump. 

(5)The grade of materials used is mainly grade IIand III, The materials of parts, such as bearing housing is dividedinto two kinds. i. e. Cast steel and cast iron which are suitable for cold area opensite and shipyard. 

(6)The cooling for bearing have three kinds air, fan and water cooling and chosen according to the pump temperature.
