Brife introduction:

Allicin is an organosulfur compound obtained from garlic, a species in the family Alliaceae. This compound exhibits antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. Allicin is garlic's defense mechanism against attacks by pests.

 

Main Functions:

1. Reduce atherosclerosis and fat deposition, normalize the lipoprotein balance, decrease blood pressure, have anti-thrombotic and anti-inflammatory activities, and function as an antioxidant to some extent;

2. Restraining and sterilizing bacteria;

3. No toxic side effect, no residues and drug-resistance.
