The pumps of series JC are horizontal single-stage single-suction centrifuga, process pumps. Their dimensions and performances are in conforMITY with DIN 24256/ISO2858. 

Type JC standard chemical pump has the charactertics of type IH standard chemical pumps. Its indexes of efficiency and cavitation exceed that of IH pump. You can make an exchange with the single pump of these two types. 

Design features

The pressure acting on the shaft seals is compensated by means of back shrouds or balancing bores at the im-peller. The shaft is sealed either by co-lied or uncooled soft packings or by single or double mechanical seals of various designs which can also be balanced. Antifriction bearings designed for long durability and an amply dimensioned shaft ensure a particularly smooth funning. For some sizes, the volute casings are designed with double volute to compensate the radial force. The bearing frame, incl, shaft, impeller and stuffing-box housing form the pipework for maintenance work. (If a spacer-type ccoupling is sued, the drever need not be removed, either. )Flanges are normaly rated to PM16 orPN25, depending on the material. Theycan, however, also be designed to ANSI125 lbs or 150 lbs.
