Plastic Granulator is a new model which is mainly used for the granulation operations of a variety of materials such as cement, composite fertilizer, livestock feed, raw materials and others.

Specifications of Granulator:
1. The granulating disk is in the shape of circular arc and granulating ratio is up to 93%.

2. Granulator has three discharging holes which are convenient for intermittent production, so can largely reduce the labor intensity and improve working efficiency.

3. Driven by flexible belt, the motor and retarder start smooth, which decrease the impulse force and increase the life-span of the equipment.

4. The granulating disc was strengthened by many steel-plates, so it’ s stable and durable and will never become deformed.
5. The base is thickened and weighted, so it’ s very solid and doesn’ t need to be fixed by stone bolts.

6. The main gears of the Granulator is hardened by high frequency quenching and it’ s service lifespan is twice as long as the unhardened ones.

7. The inside lining of the granulating disk adopts strong strength FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastics) which is preservative and durable.
