This impact crusher has two types: rock-on-iron and rock-on-rock.
The sand yield of " rock-on-rock" type is about 10-20% lower than that of " rock-on-iron" type.
Usages of impact crusher:

Material is dumped into the high rolling impeller cavity vertically through the upper part of the machine. Under great centrifugal force, a part of material will hit and crush another part of material that distributing around the impeller. After hitting reciprocally, the two parts of material will force a vortex between impeller and shell. Several times later, the smaller stone comes out, and goes to vibrating screen. Satisfactory material is transported by conveying belt. However overlarge material will go back to Impact Crusher to be re-crushed. Output sizes can be changed according to your requirement.
