This washing and recycling machine mainly used for dealing with waste PET bottle .

5) The gearbox is special hard teeth surface gearbox. The materials of the gear, bearing and other appendix are high-strength alloy steel. The gear is with hardening, carbonizing, and grinding treatment. The precision of gear is GB10095-88-6 grade. Hardness of the teeth surface is HRC54-62.
6) Electrical components: temperature control meters are Japanese RKC meter, contactor is SIEMENS product.
7) Power of vacuum pump: 2.2 KW
8) Pre-heating heater: cast-aluminum heater with cover made of stainless steel. Air cooling.
9) Heating power: 5 groups of heaters, power of each group is 7KW, total power is 35KW. 4 groups of air cooling, power of cooling blower is 0.37×4 groups.
10) Heater of mould: 1 group × 4 KW, total power: 4KW
11) Output: 120-180kg/h
