GLASS BOTTLE BEER FILLING MACHINE INTRODUCTION
This glass bottle beer filling machine integrates beer filling and crown cap capping into one machine. It is special for filling beer into glass bottles. Composed of case depalletizer, uncaser, case washer, bottle washer, filler and crowner, CIP, crown cap elevator, pasteurizer, labeler, ink jet coder, caser/carton/shrink packer, case palletizer, bottle and case conveying system, etc. to integrate a complete bottling line.
FEATURES
The filling valves adopt high accuracy mechanical filling valves, no bottle no filling.
External mechanical valve structure, no spring or sealing parts.
With double vacuumizing ability, equipped with high pressure shock bubble device.
Transmission adopts open gear and gearbox combination transmission. Stepless speed change, large range of speed.
Synchronous tracking drive transmission features high efficiency, low noise and long life.
Due to the bottles blasting problems caused by bottle quality, wine valve shut down automatically, during gassing or filling.
Adopting stainless steel magnetic hopper, the crown cap unscrambling and feeding are all by magnetic transmission.
Centering guiding by guide stem has function as pre-centering.
Lift of the beer tank and capping heads are electrical lift to adjust different height of the bottle in the scope of design.
The level height of the materials in filling tank are Controlled by carbon needle, liquid level is stable, and filling is reliable.
