Speed sensor connect directly to large diameter speed roller, provide a series of pulses, each pulse represent a leather belt motion unit, pulse frequency is proportional to the belt speed. Weighing instrument receiving signals from weighing transducer and speed sensor, get a transient flow value and cumulative weight value through the integral operation, and display respectively.

New weighing error theory
    The main factor which influence long-term stability of belt scale is belt tension and the stability of scales frame structure. Through the research we found: Through processing the array type belt scale data units can made array internal belt tension influence less over 90%, namely basic belt tension completely compensated, according to this, form a new belt weighing error theory.
    In the above guidance, the original belt scale stiffness, roller eccentric degrees, roller with the influence of material, and many other requirements can be ignored, match with high stability of the single point suspended weighing platform, can achieve high precision and high stability of the belt weighing measurement results.
