Working principle
Weigh bridge installed on the shelves of weighing bridge conveyor rack, when the material passing, measuring roller detect the belt material weigh working weighing transducer through leverage,Produce a voltage signal which is proportional to the belt load. Speed sensor connect directly to large diameter speed roller, provide a series of pulses, each pulse represent a leather belt motion unit, pulse frequency is proportional to the belt speed. Weighing instrument receiving signals from weighing transducer and speed sensor, get a transient flow value and cumulative weight value through the integral operation, and display respectively.

System components
    ICS-14 type electronic belt scale consists of four parts: ICS-14 type weighing bridge, weighing transducer, 60-12 C speed sensor and speed roller, YL2001 weighing controller.

Weighing Bridge

    ICS-14 weighing bridge is the moving parts of 4 groups great trust roller, the suspension structure, no trunnion fulcrum. Using rectangular pipe design, the whole weighing bridge has a high rigidity, and smaller self-weight,the area of dust-accumulation lowest.High precision resistance strain sensor chip installation and tensile site, to reduce the nonlinear error.Guarantee the stability of the system, the maintenance is few.Two beams provide support to weighing bridge by hanging four rumsfeld weighing transducer.
