By considering the practical situation in China, our company developed the SJMS series PP/PE/PVC/WPC Extrusion Line combining advanced Canadian technology. The WPC profile extrusion line adopts specially-designed screw, barrel, mould, and our unique WPC process and formula. The extruder can match perfectly with the auxiliary machines and moulds. The whole production line is automatic controlled from the charging-in to the final discharging.
The machine also can be manually adjusted separately. With the advantages of good plastication, low energy-consumption, high output, excellent performance, long life, etc, it can be equipped with relative auxiliary equipment, such as vacuum calibrating platform, tractor, cutting off machine, material reversal stacker.
PP/PE and wood powder are mainly used for extruding outdoor decorative WPC profiles, such as gardening landscapes, outdoors landscapes, logistics, etc. PVC and wood powder are mainly applied to produce other WPC profiles such as building partition, cabinet door panels, window sill, skirting board, door edgeline, door jamb, window shutters, photo frame, mirror frame, furniture edge banding, door frame, door pocket, window pocket, column profile, stair handrail, floor board, decoration cladding panel, furniture, WPC pipes, etc. Made from the mixture of plastic, fallen wooden fibre and additives in proportion, the wood-plastic composite material is a new kind of environment-friendly product.
