Appearance Quality
FRP Cable Pipe Box appearance requirements, no significant skew, vertical at both ends of the cross-sections; smooth of inside and outside surface, color uniformity with no pollution, wrinkles, cracks, particles, flow of plastic, resin plaster, fiber exposed surface and defects such as hair sticky. Containing even glue; stable curing, no bubbles and no delamination in cross-sections, the bubbles inside tube and outside tube surface totally shall not exceed 100mm, and the largest single bubble size should be no larger than 15mm.
