The crusher is applicable for general tire and radial tire, the device is designed to crush tires into blocks of 50mm*50mm for the further processing.

 

The blades in the crushing chamber are driven turning by the main motor to shear the tires with outer diameter less than 1.2m from the in feed hopper. During the shearing process, blocks less than or equal to 50*50mm are filtered out through the screen, bigger size will be sent back for crushing again until smaller than the above mentioned size.

Hard alloy is welded on the cutting blade to make it rigid and wearable. High efficiency, low noise, small size, light weight, long service life. Easy shaft replacement and maintenance.
