BioSuee has hydrophilicit and lipophilicity. Hydrophilicit guarantees that the residues of mulching films can cling to the ground and will not be blew away by strong winds during the degradation process of its mulching film polymers; lipophilicity guarantees that its mulching film polymers have physical properties of common mulching films.

 

BioSuee mulching film can be designed to biodegradable ones with different service lives according to the growth requirements of all kinds of crops such as 30, 60, 90, 120 days etc.

BioSuee mulching film has the same mechanical properties and service performances of common mulching films which is proved by rich experimental data and years of field experiments.

1. It can use the same film and punching machine and is very economic due to its thin thickness.

2. It can efficiently control weeds, which helps it to gain the same agronomic efficiency and quality.

3. There is no need to recycle and treat it after the planting period: it is transformed into biomass, water and CO2 in the soil due to its completely biodegradable capacity.

4. After the plating period, there is no need additional time to recycle and treat it.

5. Because that BioSuee biodegradable mulching film can be biologically degraded and there is no residue left in the soil which efficiently solves the problem of yield decrease of crops caused by the damage to the soil physical and chemical properties by the residual plastic mulching films.

6. It efficiently reduces the impacts of greenhouse gases: compared with traditional ones, BioSuee mulching film can reduces 50-60% of CO2 emission amount per hectare (calculation based on the area of 10,000m2). The data is calculated according to the investigations on European and American areas on consideration that the service life of common plastic film is completely ended; wherein, 15% of it is burned, 70% buried and 15% recycled.

7. Yield increase of crops: during the degradation process, CO2 can be produced to promote the photosynthesis of crops; the rich starch in BioSuee and the biomass produced by polymers during the degradation process are the favorable carbon sources of microorganisms and can greatly promote the activities of them, increase the porosity and permeability of the soil, improve the level of soil fertility, and promote the growth and development of crops. According to our comparative statistics in some regional areas, the crop yield increase range is from 3% to 5% by using BioSuee mulching film.
