Operation and Maintenance 

1. Check to see if the direction of rotation is correct

2. Before stating, pour water into chamber and suction pipe. The stored air and leakage air in suction pipe are not allowed.

3. Pump having first worked for 100hours, the lubricating oil in motor should be changed. Afterwards cleaning and oil-changing should be proceeded once per 400 hours.

4. The temperature in bearing must not rise over 80℃.

5. If abnormal sound is heard during operating, stop running to check.

6. If the environmental temperature is below 0℃, let the water out of pump after you stop running.

7. When it is not in use for long time, pump should be dismantled for checking, cleaning and oiling. Then keep it carefully.
