After the non-destructive inspection in the seldom oxidized environment, the qualified steel pipe heat reaches 850℃, then the pipe will be taken out of the furnace. The pipe gets rid of the phosphorus through tension reducing machine hot-rolling process several times, which make the grain state of geometry and mechanical performance in the average level.
Our products are widely used in flammable & non-flammable fluid transferring pipes & boilers and steel constructions. They have been filled with the domestic gaps. At present, we own 3 sets of production lines and produce 200,000 tons of ERW (stretch reduction) pipes every year.
