The product is the special truck for vehicle-born carbon dioxide and boosting pump equipment which is the oil field special equipment under condition of high pressure and low temperature.

Detailed introduction

   The truck is used for the fracturing work of carbon dioxide equipped with two sets of carbon dioxide boosting pumps, gas-liquid separator for conveying of the liquid carbon dioxide and all necessary safety valve and drain valve. The design of the complete vehicle is required to be applicable for work under deteriorate environment and work for long time in the ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +40℃. It is required that the complete vehicle design should strictly follow the relevant provisions of the current national standards in PRC. It should be of reasonable layout, elegant appearance. It should be safe, solid and reliable and the utilization and maintenance should be convenient. The ground clearance of all the inlet and outlet coupling shouldn’t be higher than 1.5 meters. The ground clearance of the components where it is installed should not be less than 0.6 meter. The equipment should be equipped with the discharging device for residual liquid. The equipment separator is white, the gaseous phase pipeline is orange and the liquid phase pipeline is skyblue. The chassis truck is purplish red.
