Normal equipment and technology can not grind so thin bearing rings. So we design and re-build normal grinding machine and grinding technology.
2. Resist high temperature:
When bearing works long time at temperature over 120 (or less than -20), normal treatment can not prevent dimension change. We design very special heat-treatment to stabilize the dimension. Filled selected lubricating material, our Super-Slim Bearing can work well in the temperature range of -50 ~ 330.
3. Avoid shields falling off:
As the rings are so thin and they are so easy to distort when assembling and running. This let contacted shields fall off. We design a special structure and already solved this problem. We got patent certificate for this new technology.
4. Provide relative services
When required, we also provide Super-Slim Bearings relative services such as: install and removal, clean, lubricating, design and produce assembly mechanical parts which contain Super-Slim Bearings.
