Chondroitin Sulfate (ChS) is known as a kind of polysaccharide which is extracted from animal cartilage. Its molecular chains consist of 50-70 disaccharide units with chain length varies and its relative molecular weight ranges from 10000 to 50000.It’s one of the ingredients of connective tissue matrix and also the prosthetic group of glycoprotein.
