Our connecting-rod production use the technology of accurate cutting for charging; intermediate frequency inductive heating; performing with cross-wedge rolling; forming with hot die forging press; quenching and tempering treatment with continuous heating stove of cast chain type; accurate forging technology of fluorescent inspection, and advanced machining technology of applying polishing instead of milling; pulling instead of milling, hydraulic fracture, rolling and honing.
