High silver content, with good wettability, tractility, and brazing features, high electric conductivity, the brazing metal does not contain volatile element, and temperature interval in crystallizing
|
Remark:
1. The residue such as grease, oxide etc on the surface and connection must be removed strictly before the brazing, the proper clearance between joints shall be 0.03-0.075mm.
2. The flame shall be neutral in brazing to avoid the brittleness resulting from overheating and over-burning, and brazing flux shall be also used.
