Higher joint intensity, strong wettability to hard carbide, suitable for brazing of hard carbide tools
Remark:
1. The residue such as grease, oxide etc on the surface and connection must be removed strictly before the brazing, the proper clearance between joint shall be within 0.03-0.075mm.
2. The flame shall be neutral in brazing to avoid the brittleness resulting from overheating and over-burning, and brazing flux shall be also used.
