Main of Characteristics of tyre pyrolysis plant:
1. National patent, Full open door: Speedy loading in and steel-drawing out, easily cooling down after one batch finished, saving time;

Final Products:
There are three kinds of final products: tire oil, crude carbon black, steel wires whose output and usage as follows:
Tire oil: 40%-45%, widely used as fuel oil for hotels, steel factories, etc... Or used for generates to get electricity.
Carbon black: around 35%, used for construction bricks or as filter of rubber products after process.
Steel wire: 12%-15%: sold or reprocessing.
Combustible gas: about 5%, can be recycled and used during process as fuel or collected even compressed into liquid gas, used as fuel or to get electricity.

We suggest following services for consultancy, supervision during the erection and commissioning with test run.
Our project engineer will go to the site and offer instruction for the machine installation, the commissioning and test run. Duration is totally 30 days, including travel time.
 

Working process:
a. Waste Materials are loaded into the pyrolysis chamber by the Feeding machine or manually and then doors are locked with our tight sealed door lock design.
b. System is started with the control panel operated by operator. The process is automatic and controlled by our control system. The first stage of the process is to heat up and dried up the waste.
c. Pyrolysis of the waste will begin once reaching a certain temperature and the sync gas is generated from the waste.
d. The sync gas will be converted into oil by the condensers and stored in the oil tank. Small quantity of sync gas which is not converted into oil is scrubbed by the scrubbing system and cleaned before released to air.
e. Upon completion of the pyrolysis process, chamber will be required to cool to a certain temperature before releasing the carbon black.
f. The carbon black will be released by our high speed carbon discharge system automatically and stored in a special tank which is to prevent pollution.
g. Steel (for tires contain steel wires) will be removed at the final stage upon the carbon black being fully released. Steel removal requires opening the big door.
h. The next batch of process can be continued.
