Vibration Dewatering Screen/vibration sieve dehydration
  The high-frequency vibration dewatering screen of DW introduced by Yantai Zhongding is mainly used in the tailings processing, coal preparation, mineral processing, power generation, sugar, salt and other industries, and wet screening, dewatering, de-mediated desliming processes of the fine-grained material. Especially, it's suitable for the recycling of dry material in the tailings processing system . The trajectory of DW is a straight line. The processing capacity is powerful, and effect of dehydration and desliming is well.
 
1, structural features:
   1)The box of screen machine: It's composed by the side panels, rear fenders, joists, and the clamping device.The side panels and rear fenders are made of the block plate of Q235. In order to ensure interchangeability of parts, all other parts are processed by CNC machine tools. The side panels and rear apron, motor base, nesting beam adopt welding technology. It has good structural strength and is ease of connection, maintenance.
 2) The screen surface: using polyurethane material, the screen surface is segmented to lay on the lower beam,and tighten with special pin,which is easy to install and maintain. Compared with conventional metal sieve, the wear resistance is generally more than five times to rigid material, and is not easy to loose and clogged.
 3)shaker: making two vibrating motors tightened to the sieve motor seat by bolt,which can be used as shaker. Adjusting the motor's two eccentric block will be able to adjust the amplitude of the sieving machine.Thus it has easy installment and flexible adjustment
  4) support devices: The support devices is formed with spring rubber column and the upper and lower support seat, combining the theravada and the block ear during the installation of the Screen Machine . When the support devices is finished,it's rubber column of horizontal mounting
2, Working principle
     The high-frequency vibration dewatering screen is different from the general type tape coupling driving method, which uses a unique shaker. It's trajectory is more stable and reliable. When the two motors make reverse rotation synchronously, the vibration force produced by the eccentric block offsets on the direction of parallel to the motor axis,and stacks for a joint force in the vertical wire axis direction, therefore, the trajectory of sieve machine is in a straight line.The relative screen surface of two shafts has a dip in the vertical direction, under the combined effects of the vibration force and material self-gravity , the materials on the screen surface will make forward movement along the continuous leaps. In the process of encountering with the screen surface, it maks the materials and water that is smaller than sieve to penetrate the screen surface, and finally achieves dehydration, mud and grading.
