Main features of pipe-bundle dryer:
Pipe-bundle Dryer works on principle of heat conduction and radiation. Wet material is conveyed into dryer with pipe-bundles by screw and moves from inlet to outlet and stirred up by stirring boards. Steam goes thorugh pipe-bundles in opposite direction. Moisture of material motion, and then material is dried. Pipe-bundle dryer is widely used in starch industry for drying germ, fiber and fibrous residues etc.
