General description: This software introduction applies to CL series solar controller which has CL12/2410LI-A, CL12/2410LI-D, and CL12/2410LI-E. This series are all integrated with LED constant current driver. The maximum conversion efficiency reaches 94%. With fully sealed waterproof design and wide output voltage, the product applies to most LED solar street lights. The output current can be adjusted for 3 time frames.
It is common that the solar street light doesn't work because of the power-lack of battery. CL12/2410LI-D can automatically adjust the load's power according to the left capacity of battery. This increases the working time of the lights.
CL12/2410LI-E has a function of automatic time controlling at dusk and dawn according to different seasons, so you needn't adjust the working time of the lights in different seasons.
Features:
(1) This controller adopts fully sealed waterproof design, and protection grade reaches IP67, which assures that the controller can be used in any bad conditions;

(4) This controller can withstand from -35º C to 60º Chigh and low temperature, so it can adapt to extreme temperature.

(6) Integration: This product is used for LED solar street light, combining solar controller and LED driver.
(7) Wide range of output voltage: The driver part of this controller has wide output voltage. This meets the needs of different LED lights.
(8) 3 time frames output current regulation: This controller divides the discharging into 3 time frames, and the output current can be adjusted. Every time frame ranges from 10 minutes to 990 minutes. The output current of every time frame ranges from 150mA to 4800mA. If the output current of one time frame is set to be 0mA, this time frame is off. This function helps customers to save the cost of solar panel and battery.
(9) Auto drop power(CL12/2410LI-D): Automatically adjust the power of load according to the left capacity of battery to make the light work longer time. When the controller tests the voltage of battery is less than 12.5V, the controller begins drop power automatically. When the voltage of battery is from 12.5V to 11.8V, the output current of the controller changes linearly from 70%~30% of the setting value. (24V: Double the voltage)
(10) Automatic time controlling at dusk and dawn (CL12/2410LI-E): The nighttime hours are different in different seasons. The nighttime hours in winter is longer than that in summer, so the light's working time of the solar controller has to be reset. CL12/2410LI-E can adjust the light's working time at dusk and dawn in different seasons.
Protection function: Lightning protection, overcharge and overdischarge protection, reverse polarity protection, reverse current protection at night, open circuit protection, short circuit protection, over current protection, over voltage protection, over load protection, and over temperature protection.

CL series are intergrated with LED driver. That means the LED light needn’ t include driver, so the cost of driver is saved. CL series have the function of output current adjustable, and this function realize the load’ s power adjustable. For example, a 30W LED lights can work as follows: The first time period: 300minutes(5hours) 30W The second time period: 300minutes(5hours) 10W The third time period: 180minutes(3hours) 20W If you use ordinary solar controller, the 30W LED lights will work as follows: The first time period: 300minutes(5hours) 30W The second time period: 300minutes(5hours) 30W The third time period: 180minutes(3hours) 30W Thus our CL series help save 130Wh. |
