In response to the increasing demand for off-road tires to be used in small-sized engineering projects in some special areas among a great number of works, our company is producing mining tires with deep grooves in the range of 22 to 24 cm which allows for off-road operations and offers excellent wear resistance, puncturing resistance, good traction and gripping force. Meanwhile, it offers slipping resistance and certain floating performance. It employs special tread compounds to ensure noshedding at the shoulder, no glue failing, and no cracking at the crown; the tread compounds are composed of a natural glue, butadiene, and styrene-butadiene. Meanwhile, the tread uses the carbon black consisting of N220 and N234, halfeach, toimprove extensibility and tear resistance. The compound for the sidewall is mostly natural one, combined with 20% butadiene and 10% styrene-butadiene to improve performance. It uses six layers of 1870D/2 nylon cords to strengthen the gel stiffness and thereby ensure the tire quality.
