STZG seriescondition

STZG seriescondition, mainly used for granulating materials before pelleting, heating and humidifying powder mixture which will be granulated, tempering and preserving heat for a long time, make materials gelatinization in order to compress moulding, and improve the water resistance and quality of the pellet.

 

It is a ideal conditioning equipment at present in domestic, it absorbed the advantages of the same products abroad, simple structure, easy operation and installation, convenient maintenance, high output, low power consumption, conditioning fully, ensured feed quality and value, improved the utilization rate of investment, etc.

 

This machine is mainly consist of feeding and conditioning parts, adopting the variable frequency speed motor feeding, with axial steam injector, strengthen the accumulation of vast door clip condition, and equipped with strong magnetic security device.

Working Principle

Raw materials with water content no greater than 15% enter into screw feeder through hopper, through adjusting the rotational speed of screw feeder axis to obtain the suitable flow of material, the security magnets remove the magnetic impurity mingling with supplies, then through the enforced feeder, enter the pressing room to pelletize finally.
