Use: This equipment is used for tin soldering, adjusting pins, tape and reel packing, detecting.
Capability and parameter
· The minimum size of transformer is 16×16×12/mm(l*w*h),
   the max size of transformer is 25×25×20/mm(l*w*h)
· The max frequency of manipulator execution is once per second (frequency adjustable).the max speed of fulling tape is 2r/s (speed adjustable),the max tin welding speed is 2pcs/s, the rotation speed of manipulator is 45°/s, the running speed of charge belt is 10-12mm/s.
· The grip strength of manipulator:4-7Kg approximate.
· The control system adopts PLC to control, with start time reset, stop time reset, alarm when fault appears.
· The motor adopts 220V voltage; the other parts of equipment adopt 24V safe voltage.
