This product executes GB1094 "Power Transformer" and GB/T6451 "Technical Specifications and Requirements of Three-phase Oil-immersed Power Transformer".
S11-M.R-30～1600/6～10 series is a three phase oil-immersed R type stepped rolling-core distrbution transformer. The stepped three-limb inner and outer frame, point welding in the outer layer and no tying is required. The selected core materials are DQ-133-30(9 type), 30ZH120(11 type), 23ZH90(13 type) cold rolling silicon steel, the core materials used is better than the requirements of the diagram showing. The core is rolled continuously and has no seam, The width of R type core sheet guarantee the core section is round and the stepped core is shaped from multi-stage sheet wildy rolling. After rolling, the core is annealed to relief the stress and to reduce the loss.
This product adopts hermetically sealed corrugated tank structure. The transformer oil is isolated from the air surrounded and so the transformer oil can not absorb the outer moisture and the insulating strength will not be reduced. Because the oxygen can not to into the tank, the insulating material will not be ageing. The product's life is extended and the social benefit is ralsed.
