Welding Positioner
• The worktable of Welding Positioner could rotate in 360° and tilt in 90-120°. • Variable Frequency control (VFD) speed by rotating and motor-driven speed regulation by tilting. • Electric control system include electric cabinet & manual control panel. • Worktable is manufactured with M30T bolt grooves used to clamp the work pieces. • There are several concentric grooves to help position the work piece at the center. • The whole rack will not deform even long time use because of annealing treatment • Certificate: CE SGS ISO9001
Welding positioners
Welding positioners (turn table) are usually used for welding of shafts, plates and cylinders. There are T-slots for clamping and positioning the vessels. The welding table could do 360° rotating movement and 120° tilting movement. The pedestal of such machine adopts airframe structure and its overall stability is good. There is no need to fix it on ground. Hand control box is offered, which makes the operation more convenient.
