Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) are large panels composed of thick layer of polyurethane insulation between two sheets of oriented strand board (OSB) or magnesium oxide board (MGO). The panels fit seamlessly and quickly to create a structurally superior building envelope.
We are a Canadian company with branch office in China. We manufacture PUR structural Insulated Panels according to Canadian standard and export them world-wide. We do not glued; our SIPs are made with high-pressure injected polyurethane foam in a press mold, NOT GLUED. No EPS (EPS is labeled as cancer causing substance by US health department), No XPS, we use the best insulated material: Polyurethane. We use Canadian OSB or magnesium board for sheathings, which could eliminate the need for exterior renovation. Our SIPs specification is 4’ x 8’. We offer 4-1/2" & 6-11/16" thickness SIPs for different region. SIPs buildings are energy efficient, quake resistant, and quick to build.
