3.Application:
MDF is the man made sheet, using the qualified logs as raw material, cooked tosoften and smash, and pressed
with urea-formaldehyde resin and other adhesive.The character of MDF is of good physical properties and
processing performance,low cost, high utilization and simple processing, being suitable to furniture manufacturing,
architectural decoration, sports, wall panels on the ground, partitioned etc.
4.Advantage:
Compared with other man-made board, MDF has the following advantages:
1)Uniform plate density, excellent physics performance; It's close to natural wood but better than natural plank.
2)High strength and good dimensional stability, thickness is 2.5mm-25mm, it has been widely used.
3Good mechanical processing performance, It may use natural wood processing equipment and methods for machining.
4)Flat surface,so It is easy for secondary processing.
