Guangxi Yun De Transportation (Group) Co., LTD is the largest comprehensive professional road transport enterprises in Guangxi. The group has more than 200 passenger bus lines. The transport network covers 28 provinces and cities in China.

    Facing such huge business, the Group used the FLEETY iFLOW Vehicle & Ship Monitoring and Management System to strengthen monitoring and management. Through the system, everyday management of the vehicles was assigned to each station. The station staff pre-set lines in the system and monitored if vehicles run in the right line. Real-time monitoring staff also received various types of alarms. According to circumstances, the staff can send text message and remind drivers of traffic safety. Alarm information included over-speed driving, overtime driving, route deviating, delayed arrival, emergency alarm, and so on.
 

The management staff can check and analysis the historical driving information, than prized exemplary teams or drivers. The Serious violation teams or drivers can be corrected. The management staff can search information according to different team, different vehicle, different time or different alarm, and make the report.
