The Insulator Crimping Machine Main Characteristics:

1.Single oil cylinder is designed for loading pressure through cone body, so that the radial press can work with synchronization and higher accuracy, and the maintaining work of cylinder and pipes are greatly reduced.

2.The idea of “soft pressing” is used for the said radial press. It means that there are 6 to 12 seconds for gradual loading and 2 seconds for keeping the pressure, so that the stable and best quality can be reach.

 3.To control the press quality, both pressing valueand pressure are used at the same time.
