SPCO Pneumatic ceramic ball valve is composed of GTX-B series pneumatic rack and pinion actuators and ceramic ball valve body assembly. All bodies and wet parts are completely lined a new generation ceramic material,partially stabilized zirconia, rockwell hardness of which is more than HRA87. Compared to stainless high alloy steel, the SPCO ceramic ball valve is superior in all aspects,including resistance to corrosion, abrasion,cavitation and high temperature.
It can be used in the most severe service industrial applications .It is ideal substitute of ball valve made of titanium or Monel.
This series ceramic ball valve has advantages of low cost, high efficiency operation and long life (2 ~ 4 times of titanium valve).
Its main application fields are as follows:
1.Power plants (FGD units, fly ash, lime &lime slurry, gypsum, filtrate water with solids, etc.)
