Description
ACD-1DL Oil-water Separation Level Meter is the high-tech intelligent liquid instrument developed by ANCN in accordance with the technology accumulation in sensor signal processing, mathematical modeling, information calculation and intelligent communication. The instrument obtains the oil level and water level by analysis and calculation on the basis of liquid level measurement in sewage tank, and LCD digital status display and intelligent communication and other technologies are provided to meet requirement of digital oil field. Oil-water Separation Level Meter can measure not only the liquid level and materials level of single medium liquid levels in different layers of on storage tank correctly, e.g. oil level and water level in crude oil tank. ACD-1DL Oil-water Separation Level Meter can be widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, hydrologic monitoring, sewage treatment, dust collector in workshop of steel making plant, petrol station, refinery plant, liquid gas plant and other industries such as beverage, winery, foods and medicine.
Basic Principle
Use of different physical quantities such as conductivity of different mediums will reveal and on behalf of the medium unit volume and changes of medium characteristics indirectly, voltage changes on probe can be acquired in real-time under the control of integrated circuit and singlechip with high speed and large scale, and process and transfer the information regularly, then correct changes of medium liquid level material level can be obtained; then transfer the variation to industrial standard signal output and deliver the signals to DCU, DCS, PLC and other industrial acquisition equipment for monitoring and control, and finally improve the automatic level of production.
