LI KE FENG RTV high temperature gasket maker sealant (silver)

 

Features:

A latest generation of silicone gasket maker quick-drying sealant, LI KE FENG, is designed for fancy cars, saloon cars, 

instead of  the imported products, adopted the leading technology formula, 

used in all imported raw materials. It is silver metallic luster. It will not flow 

and fast curing after it was coated; and then become a metallic pad to maintain

 the outlook still nice. It resists the oil, the high temperature. It resists cracking, 

shrinking and migration caused by thermal cycling after curing. And , it is easy to 

be dismantled when it needs maintain again. The good resistance of  the 

high-Temperature -60 ℃ - +300 ℃, pressure 10MPa.

 

Scope:

Applicable to all types of heavy vehicles and cars, motorcycle engine, oil pan, 

gearbox, axles, flanges, fittings, gearbox, exhaust pipes, carburetor, and a variety

 of mechanical cover, screws, water pipes, hoses and other joints and seals the 

tank can be used for machinery, electronics, chemical and other fields of flat seal.

 

Usage:

1.Before processing the surface of the material must be dry, clean and without 

dust, grease, wax and other impurities.

2.Cut the desired size of nozzles, such as: 1 / 16 inch and 1 / 4 inch.

3.The sealant evenly applied on the adhesive surface ( painted to a continuous 

apron, the surrounding of the screw hole is also with the same treatment), wait 

for 10 minutes,load it back to the machine until the glue is condensed .

4.Wait 10 minutes until the surface of the gel product, can be fitted parts.

5.This glue will dry in one hour, completely dry and firm is within 24 hours . 

 

Note:

1.If contact with skin or eyes accidentally, flush with water  immediately or wiped 

with a dry cloth, if not seek medical help.

2.Should be kept the air circulating when is taking the operation.

3. Keep out of reach of children . Do not swallow .
